Google has released a stable version of its excellent web browser Chrome 8, having squashed more than 800 bugs during the beta period.
Chrome 9 developer build will presumably now go into beta testing with the release of Chrome 8. Out of interest, have not experienced any problems whatsoever with Chrome 9 dev build since its release a month or so ago.
