The initial approval of the new PGOU (General Plan) has once again been postponed at the request of the opposition PSOE, both Ángel Ramírez and his deputy, Luis Peña, citing ‘personal reasons’ for being unable to attend the meeting.
Approval of the PGOU, which has been pending for more than five years, was originally scheduled for November but the meeting was postponed at the request of the opposition PSOE.
Now, after receiving a letter from Ángel Ramírez and Luis Peña in which they stated that they are unable to attend the meeting, the Council has decided to postpone the approval until January 2011.
