The Council in Sanlúcar la Mayor, Sevilla, has brought forward the Three Kings procession to Wednesday January 4th due to the forecast that there is an 80% chance of rain on January 5th, the traditional day for the procession.
The rains are expected to last for the rest of the week.
A total of eleven floats and 1,000 people will take part in the procession and they will be hurling about three and a half tons of boiled sweets and handing out 4,000 balloons and 1,000 toys.
The highlight of the celebrations will be a new sound and light show in Plaza Virgen de los Reyes at 21:00.
