The Nerja Players played to a full house on Wednesday at the Nerja Cultural Centre, their performance of the Victorian Melodrama “Maria Marten or The Murder in The Red Barn” drawing an enthusiastic response from the audience who participated in the hissing at the dastardly villain, sighing with the heroine and showing their appreciation of the dancing and singing.
The President of the Nerja Players, Bill Hogg, paid tribute to the actors, technical staff and back stage crew for their hard work and professionalism and was delighted with the comments received about the excellence of the production.
The success of the evening will enable The Nerja Players to make a donation to CUDECA
