The rail link between Huelva and Sevilla is once again operational after being cut on Monday due to flooding near the town of San Juan del Puerto.
Continuous rain on Monday in Huelva province led to a number of incidents. In Gibraleón, a woman had to be rescued from her car after it fell into a stream as she was crossing a bridge.
Two people in San Juan de Puerto also had to be rescued from their vehicle after it became stranded on a mound of earth near the railroad track.
Several people, including a Guardia Civil patrol, had to be rescued from their vehicles in Aljaraque and there was flooding in Valverde del Camino, Isla Cristina and in areas of Moguer.
