The El Carmen parking facility in Vélez-Málaga is to extend its opening hours on Fridays until 02:00 at the request of the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs of Vélez (ACEV).
The idea is to try and stimulate and improve business in the centre of Vélez-Málaga and in exchange, ACEV is committed to promoting the parking area to its customers.
