Local singer Antonio Cortés, who performed a free concert on Sunday during the inauguration of the Plaza de España on Sunday, was the only new artist last year to earn a Gold Disc, this being for sales of his first solo album ‘lo que a mí me esta pasando’. He will be presented with the Gold Disc during his concert at the Teatro Häagen Dazs in Madrid on April 12th.
