The former socialist mayor of Torrox and mayoral candidate in the upcoming municipal elections, Francisco Muñoz, was yesterday called before the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) in Granada to testify as a defendant for alleged planning violations relating to the construction of five housing projects on rural land.
