The Ministry of Public Works is carrying out emergency repairs on five roads in Cádiz, Jaén and Málaga provinces which were damaged during last winter’s storms.
The project, which will create 63 direct and 43 indirect jobs, has a budget of €3.1 million.
The largest project, budgeted at €1.47 million, relates to the A-393 between Espera and Arcos de la Frontera and includes the construction of a small bridge over the Arroyo Salado.
Also in Cádiz province, work will be carried out at two points on the A-373 as it passes through El Bosque.
In Jaén province, repairs are to be carried out on the A-310 in Siles and the A-320 in Jimena. In Málaga province, the A-7075 near Almogía is to be repaired after landslides caused damage.
