Encouraging creativity amongst young people is a programme presented by the Councillor for Youth, Charo Villasclaras, in a guide called ‘Nerja crea más 2011’ with various cash prizes available for a number of competitions.
The competitions will run until the end of the year and include a series of competitions for people aged between 14 years and 35 years; photography, non-alcoholic cocktails, comics, jokes graffiti and posters for World No Alcohol Day.
