A couple of hours before the Virgen del Carmen procession was due to start, the boys in black were out to remove any of the naughties, scooters and cars, left on the streets affected by the procession. There was a long debate on whether or not to tow a car with diplomatic plates.
After about forty minutes, what looked to be a set of printed guidelines was brought to the scene and after further consultation the offending vehicle was duly removed.
The owner of the third vehicle was lucky. Just after it had been eventually loaded onto the tow truck the owner arrived on the scene and the car was unloaded again.
