Two people in Rincón de la Victoria have been denounced by the Guardia Civil after they were caught using banned substances for temporary henna tattoos and for carrying out such tattooing without the appropriate sanitary measures.
The two were surprised on the promenade by Guardia Civil officers as they carried out temporary tattooing using black henna. Neither had been vaccinated against hepatitis B or tetanus and had no training in the application of tattoos or the effective prevention of risks to health.
