A barrage of rockets announced the start of the procession yesterday and the sky was immediately filled with herds of petrified birds, poor things. The procession began with the image of San Miguel Arcángel being carried, slowly, up to Plaza de la Ermita to collect Nuestra Señora de las Angustias and then together they made their way back to the iglesia El Salvador on the Balcón de Europa.
