In 2007, ‘¡Qué me dices!’ magazine published a picture taken on a beach in Huelva in which former model Nati Abascal was seen topless. Abascal sued the publication, demanding €300,000 in compensation.
The Supreme Court, however, considers that Abascal’s chest is ‘of public interest’, stating that the shots were taken in a public place and that the former model had, during her career as a model, voluntarily displayed her chest for public display.
