One pilot has died after two helicopters involved in fighting a fire in Albacete collided.
At 12:45m on Friday. a wildfire was declared in the Los Castellares area of Bienservida (Albacete) and shortly after, two helicopters belonging to the Castilla-La Mancha Fire Service (INFOCAM) collided, sending both machines crashing into the water.
One of the pilots was unharmed but the other, a Danish national, died shortly after being rescued.
