The earth has been moving again under the feet of the island of El Hierro with three quakes being felt in the past twenty-four hours.
At 03:27, a tremor emanating from north of Frontera at a depth of 23 kilometres was felt by many on the island.
At 10:45 there was a quake measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale, the epicentre being out to sea north of Frontera and at a depth of 22 kilometres.
At 15:04 there was another tremor measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale, the epicentre once again out to sea and at a depth of 23 kilometres.
