Three people, including Galician businessman Manuel Dávila Oubiña, have been arrested in connection with an alleged fraud against the government involving an amount of €22 million.
The Ministry of Industry is demanded the return of €22 million from three companies located in Cádiz, Son Cádiz Solar Center, Soluciones Tecnológicas Ambientales and AquaAndalucía.
The money was given in financial assistance by the State through the Plan for the Reindustrialisation of the Bay of Cádiz but the companies failed to meet the requirements relating to the grant and the detainees are now charged with fraud.
