Three people have been arrested on suspicion of stealing numerous items from a golf course in Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga province.
An employee of the golf course spotted three people picking olives from trees in the grounds without the proper authorisation and called the Guardia Civil. Upon arrival, the Guardia Civil also discovered that a storehouse at the golf course had been forced and that a number of items were missing, such as a beer pump, old motors, wooden headboards, wheels, lawnmower parts and tools, and these were then located in the van belonging to the three men.
The Guardia Civil then proceeded to arrest the three individuals, all Spanish nationals, on suspicion of burglary and theft.
