Following the unfavourable report by the Andalucia Advisory Council, an independent legal body appointed by the three groups in the Andalucian parliament, on the reclassification of the land for the proposed new Health Centre, the Council is drafting a new proposal to try and unblock the project.
Meanwhile, the delegate for Health, María Antigua Escalera, has once again reiterated that any land needs to be properly classified as for sanitation and not, as it currently is, for educational purposes.
Starting the project from scratch would be a costly and time consuming business but presumably the Council only has to hold out until the regional elections in March.
