Action by the FSP-UGT and CCOO unions in Barbate, Cádiz, means that all municipal services will be paralysed as from today, Tuesday. The unions have apologised in advance for any inconvenience caused to the public but feel their actions are justified as the workers in the municipality are owed four and a half months pay and no solution to the problem is as yet forthcoming.
