The Council is asking the Nerja Caves Foundation to cede the use and management of the exhibition hall in the recently opened Nerja History Museum in Plaza de España.
According to the Council, this was agreed during the initial discussions relating to the museum although it was never included in any documentation.
The Council wants to keep involved with the museum project and sees management and control of the exhibition hall as a means of achieving this.
