The driver of a coach involved in a fatal collision on a motorway on Saturday morning has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. His vehicle had broken down on the M5 when a lorry crashed into the back of it in thick fog, killing a 35-year-old male passenger. Signs warning of an incident and urging drivers to slow down were put in place after an initial call from a member of the public saying the coach had broken down.
