The strike by Iberia pilots is set to continue with the announcement of 28 new days of industrial action, these being every Monday and Friday from April 9th to July 20th.
The union SEPLA justifies their action due to the failure of mediation proposed by the government, despite what they call major concessions by the pilots.
SEPLA opposes the creation of the low-cost airline Iberia Express, which began operating on Sunday, deeming it ‘illegal’.
