Barcelona dominated much of the match against AC Milan with their trademark short, sharp passing game but were unable to break down a stubborn AC Milan and it’s all to play for at the Nou Camp next week.
Both sides had several clear cut chances to score in a game played at a fair old pace but neither could manage to quite finish them off.
Barcelona were pressured from start to finish, something they are not used to, and it seemed to rattle them a bit with far more passing errors than one usually sees. Entertaining match though, despite the 0-0 end result.
AC Milan must be ever so slight favourites now.
Bayern Munich are well on the way to a place in the semi-finals of the Champions League with a comfortable 0-2 victory at Marseille.
Mario Gomez gave the German side the lead in the first half and Arjen Robben added the second after the break.
