Three people have been arrested in connection with the theft in March of thirty kilos of cocaine from the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences in Sevilla.
The theft, from a locked storage area, was discovered on March 22nd 2012 and an investigation was begun to try and discover the culprits.
The detainees have been charged with crimes against the public health. Two of the detainees have already made a preliminary appearance before a judge and have been provisionally released. The third detainee has also been released but is due to appear in court shortly.
