The Meteorological Office is predicting an overall increase in temperatures in Andalucia over the next few days and by as much as ten degrees, reaching 35 degrees in the Guadalquivir valley between Sevilla and Córdoba.
The historical average for Sevilla at this time of year is 26.4 degrees and for Córdoba 26.2 degrees. The record for Córdoba occurred on April 17th 2006 when it reached 40.1 degrees and for Sevilla it was on April 12th 1999 when the temperature reached 39.1 degrees.
