Property owners are liable to pay the IBI Property Tax and owners will be receiving a notification to pay, which can be done at any bank. If, for some reason, you do not receive the invoice, you can collect it at the Tax Office (Patronato de Recaudación), in Calle Axarquía 3 (almost opposite the beginning of avenida Castilla Pérez) Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 13:30. You can also set up a standing order at the bank so that the tax will be paid automatically. The deadline for payment is September 10th.
