The National Police and officers from the Tax Office have dismantled an organisation involved in bringing large amounts of drugs into Spain from Morocco for distribution in Spain and other parts of Europe.
A total of 12 people have been arrested and police have seized 1,400 kilos of hashish, four high-powered boats and five vehicles.
The drugs were transported from Morocco to Cádiz in high-speed motor launces and then stored in a warehouse in Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz, before being distributed throughout Spain and other parts of Europe. Arrests and seizures of shipments of drugs were made in Alicante, Málaga, Alicante and Cataluña.
