A 12 year old boy was seriously injured today, Saturday, in a boating accident near Maro. The boy came into contact with the propeller of a zodiac in which he was travelling with others.
The accident occurred at around 18:00 on Saturday just off one of the coves in Maro. After getting the boy to shore, his condition was stabilised and he was subsequently transferred to hospital in Málaga.
