The Council has announced it wants to build anything it can a botanical garden at the end of Torrecilla beach near Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos. Unless such a garden was covered, surely one, even moderate storm and it would be history. An ‘open’ garden and it could be a permanent employment opportunity, maybe that’s it.
