This year, the Día del Boquerón Victoriano in Rincón de la Victoria actually lasts for four days, from September 20th to 23rd and in addition to the usual activities, no less than five Michelin-starred chefs will be demonstrating their prowess. The chefs in question are Dani García, Diego del Río, Kisko García, Celia Jiménez and José Carlos García.
