Friday’s Council meeting saw the PP government withdraw motions listed on the agenda which would have no decisive outcome and are dependent upon action by other administrative bodies for their execution. The General Secretariat is to prepare a report analysing whether or not the Council has the power to debate and approve motions of such a character.
