The PP-A has decided to withdraw from FAMP, the Federation of Municipalities and Provinces in Andalucia, citing blocking tactics and the arrogance of the socialists as their reasons.
Following the municipal elections of 2011, the PP rules in all regional capitals, in five of the eight provinces, in 22 of the 25 largest municipalities and in a total of 267 municipalities, yet, they complain, this is not recognised in FAMP due to the tactics of the socialists.
The decision was announced by the regional PP leader Juan Ignacio Zoido at a meeting held in Sevilla.
