The Ministry of Public Works and CCOO and UGT unions have agreed minimum service levels for the transport sector during the general strike on Wednesday November 14th.
Local trains (Cercanias) will operate at 30% for the most part and 35% during the morning rush hour (06:00 – 09:00).
High-speed train services will operate at 20% with RENFE guaranteeing the operation of 31 trains.
For air travel, domestic flights will be a minimum of 10%, flights to the islands and Ceuta and Melilla 50%, flights to EU destinations will be at 20% and long-haul flights will be at 40%.
Iberia, Air Europa, Vueling, Air Nostrum and Easyjet have already canceled 601 flights scheduled for Wednesday.
