The floods in New York apparently drastically culled the rat population in the city and according to some local residents here, a similar cull took place last weekend as a result of the storms. Local residents have reported seeing a veritable mass of drowned rats along Torrecilla beach and in Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos early on Sunday morning. Wonder what happened to them?
