Police in Córdoba are searching for a group of youths who were responsible for inflicting the blows that ended the life of a 50 year old local resident.
The incident occurred on October 28th outside a bar in plaza de El Chimeneón in Córdoba and the victim died several days later in the Hospital Reina Sofía.
A group of young people aged between 20 and 25 years were apparently throwing oranges at a bar. An employee of the bar reprimanded them and then a customer, a 50 year old local resident, approached the group. He was beaten and fell heavily to the ground, hitting his head. The youths fled the scene.
Police are analysing CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses as they try to locate the members of the group.
