Employees of the municipal bus concessionaire Rober in Granada are currently planning an indefinite strike in January 2013 if no agreement can be reached on redundancies.
The employees are willing to accept a pay freeze and reorganised working days to avoid redundancies but Rober say they cannot guarantee employment, particularly as passenger numbers are down by 6%.
Today, Wednesday, saw the second partial strike by the employees with only 38 buses running between 06:00 and 09:00.
