With one more day to go before the deadline, Andalucía, Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia and Cantabria have submitted applications for a bailout from the Autonomous Liquidity Fund for 2013, although only Murcia has so far specified an amount, which is €691 million.
Several other regions are still contemplating asking for funds for 2013 and only Madrid, Galicia, Navarra, País Vasco and the enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla have stated that they will not be needing funds.
Asturias, who were not happy with the bailout conditions applied for 2012 are looking to obtain financing of €397 million but is unsure as to whether this will be through the FLA or via other means, such as bank loans.
