Rafael Nadal has won his first title since last year’s French Open after beating David Nalbandian 6-2 6-3 in the final of the Brazil Open in Sao Paulo. Nadal, who has slipped to fifth in the world rankings, was playing only his second tournament following a seven-month absence with a knee injury. The eleven-time Grand Slam winner is next scheduled to play at the Mexican Open which starts on February 25th.
