The consortium contracted to build the sewage plant in Nerja, Corsan-Corvia-Isolux, has asked for a further two months in which to prepare their final draft project. The company was originally due to submit the project on April 12th 2013 but this has now been extended to May 12th 2013.
Once the project is submitted it has to be studied and approved by the Ministry of Environment. If there are no amendments or alterations made to the submitted project by the Ministry of Environment then work can finally begin.
The reason being given for the request for an additional two months is to make absolutely sure that the final project has as few deficiencies as possible to ensure rapid processing by the Ministry of Environment.
