There is now certainly no shortage of information offices in Nerja following the official inauguration of the new Museum and Nerja Caves Tourist Office in calle Carmen, next door to the Costa del Sol – Axarquia Tourist Office and opposite the Nerja Tourist Office. The AEN (Nerja Association of Employers) Tourist Office is also not far away in calle Puerta del Mar, just off the Balcón de Europa.
The Mayor of Nerja, José Alberto Armijo, described the new Museum and Nerja Caves Tourist Office as a ‘significant showcase’ for the Caves and the Museum and will remind tourists that Nerja has a special natural monument and a great museum. The office contains a huge photograph of the Nerja Caves.
The AEN Tourist Office not only provides regular tourist information and assists with bookings for the Alhambra Palace in Granada but also deals with all aspects relating to the famous TV series ‘Verano Azul’.
