A young girl who was buried in an avalanche on Monday in the ski resort of Formigal, Huesca, has died in Hospital Miguel Servet in Zaragoza.
On Monday, three children were skiing at Pico Royo in Formigal when they were caught and buried by an avalanche. Two of the children were unharmed but the third, a young girl, had suffered a short time without oxygen and was transferred to hospital in a critical condition.
The children, all from Madrid, were skiing with their parents.
