The first phase of the remodelling of calle Santa Ana is expected to be completed in May, according to the Council.
The first phase of this €700,000 project covers the stretch between plaza de Andalucía and calle Santa Gema.
Phase two will cover the section between calle Santa Gema and calle Santa Isabel and will also take three months to complete.
Phase three will cover the section up to Santa Lucia and has a scheduled completion period of two months. It will include the planting of around trees and the installation of 18 street lights.
