Two young girls aged under twelve years who were reported missing in Coín have been found safe and well at the home of an aunt.
The girls were found at 17:15 on Saturday playing in a field in the campo at the home of their aunt. The girls left school on Friday but didn’t arrive home and so the parents reported them missing and a search was launched.
Initial theories ranged from the girls having disappeared of their own accord to possible kidnap or detention, but it turned out to be that they went to their aunt’s home of their own free will.
