Rincón de la Victoria Council is currently in the process of implementing a form of e-government to improve the delivery of public services offered to citizens.
Telematic procedures will be available twenty-four hours a day and will save the necessity to actually go to the Town Hall to consult documents or perform certain administrative tasks.
There will be a citizen folder where anyone requesting access may consult receipts and other records, issuue payment cards, pay school fees, manage complaints and suggestions and pay wedding fees among other procedures .
There will also be a vendor folder, available to companies that request access, for consulting bills, bonds and guarantees, handle requests for documents or bank accounts and apply for various documents.
