The wife of the man whose body was found in Charches, Granada, on Friday has now admitted responsibility for the killing and is due to appear before the judicial authorities on Monday.
The man, a 48 year-old INFOCA worker, had been reported missing on Monday. The body was found on Friday, half buried in the Rambla del Agua area of Charches. He had been shot.
The wife was arrested in connection with the death and during statements subsequently made to the Guardia Civil, has admiited to killing her husband.
