Wednesday was quite windy in general, but it did’t stop people flocking to Burriana beach. Not many in the bars or restaurants around midday as they were all soaking up the sun. All the services are now operational on the beach, such as lifeguards and First Aid, and Wednesday was a ‘yellow flag’ day.
Chica Bella says:
Any idea what’s happened to the pedaloes this year?
No sign of them on Burriana.
The Captain says:
Could be that they are not starting until July…or no-one took the concession.
Chica Bella says:
Indeed, that could possibly be the case.
Or perhaps the last concession-holder tired of effectively providing an unpaid sewage treatment service by virtue of their pedaloes churning up the effluent which the short-sighted authorities contine to pour unchecked into one of the main attractions of tourist-relient Nerja. What a stupefying own-goal!
