Two people died on the beaches of Andalucia on Saturday, one at El Playazo in Vera , Almería, and a second at playa de Levante in La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz.
The first incident occurred in Almeria at around 10:55 on Saturday morning. The Emergency Services arrived at 11:00 to find locals trying to resuscitate a 50 year old man. They took over the process but could do nothing to revive the man who was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Sunday, the beach is due to host an attempt on the world record for collective nude bathing.
A 56-year-old man died on Saturday afternoon at Levante beach in La Linea de la Concepción. It is thought that the swimmer could have suffered a heart attack.
