The proposed strike by employees of the bus company Alsa, due to start today, Wednesday, and continue on August 14th, 18th, 19th,30th, September 1st and 2nd, has been called off at the last moment.
Negotiations apparently continued until 23:30 on Tuesday night when an agreement was reached to discuss all the items noted in the strike call in a ‘detailed and leisurely’ manner.
The negotiations will take place during a period of two months from September and the CGT union has agreed not to call any strikes during this period.
