National Police officers have dismantled three indoor drug plantations in Málaga province in which 3,400 marijuana plants and 300 magic mushrooms were being cultivated.
The plantations were in Coín, Mijas and Alhaurín de la Torre and were run by six Dutch nationals, all of whom have been arrested and charged with crimes against the public health and electricity fraud.
The drugs were destined for distribution in the Netherlands. The set-up was sophisticated, all the necessary paraphernalia costing in the region of €65,000 per household.
